Salary: £28,000

About the role
We're growing and are now offering a new opportunity to join our ADHD Team!
Operations Coordinators play a key role in ensuring every client experiences a seamless journey to assessment. From managing pre-assessment information and scheduling sessions to responding to enquiries from both clients and clinicians, this dynamic position is integral to the smooth running of a busy service.
What you will do
- Booking assessments and ensuring clients are clear on what to expect, when their appointments will take place and how to access the session.
- Ensuring clients complete their pre-assessment forms and information to meet our requirements.
- Liaising with clients to action any changes to appointments and diary management.
- Supporting the Operations Team lead to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of ND clients through their ProblemShared journey.
- Ensuring client records are maintained with up-to-date information.
- Accurately recording client actions to allow for precise reporting.
- Developing an understanding of the nuances of the different pathways available to ND clients to appropriately respond to client queries.

You will need
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role where your administration / Diary management and coordination experience are first class!
- Remote working experience
- Strongly self-motivated
- Works well with high volumes of client queries
- Computer literate with ability to learn and explain new systems/processes.
- If you have awareness of mental health conditions including Neurodevelopmental Conditions this would be advantageous
- Understanding of data protection and experience of working with sensitive information
