The role
We're looking for an L&D Coordinator to play a key role in supporting Onboarding, Talent Development, and Events & Community initiatives. You'll work closely with managers and the wider team to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, and support to thrive, while helping to build a culture of continuous learning at ProblemShared.

As a practitioner-led, CQC-regulated community of experts, we work together with individuals and organisations such as NHS trusts, universities and private medical insurers to better equip them on their mind health journeys.
By harnessing the combined power of people, data and technology, we broaden access to safe and effective talk therapy, neurodevelopmental assessments, and post-diagnostic support.
What you will do
- Support the design, coordination, and delivery of engaging learning programs across the company.
- Assist managers and the People team to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Manage the logistics of workshops, webinars, and other learning events for enhance soft skills and enrichment, including scheduling, communications, and materials.
- Manage the end-to-end logistics for monthly webinars and training sessions for the Talk Therapy community.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain the Zendesk library of workshop recordings and resource materials for the Talk Therapy community.
- Oversee our L&D platforms and tools, ensuring resources are up to date and accessible.
- Track participation; Continuous Professional Development (CPD;) and gather feedback to measure impact and continuously improve programs.
- Collaborate on company-wide initiatives such as onboarding, manager/leadership development, and DEI-focused training.
- Ensure that all mandatory training is completed by all employees.
- Handle training queries and provide advice, support and guidance to staff about learning and development opportunities, as well as to Line Managers for their direct reports
- Stay curious and share fresh ideas to evolve our L&D offering.
What you will need
- Experience & Knowledge: Some prior experience in L&D, is favourable.
- Organisational skills: A knack for juggling multiple projects, keeping details on track, and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Creativity & Curiosity: A genuine interest in learning experiences that are inclusive, accessible, and impactful.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working across teams and building trusted relationships at all levels.
