ProblemShared has created strong partnerships servicing several NHS, university, and insurer contracts to deliver high quality ADHD and Autism assessments as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer wrap-around care in the form of psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions all under one roof.
About the role:
This role supports the Talent Acquisition administration and resourcing operations across the full recruitment lifecycle, to ensure an excellent candidate experience, great customer service to our stakeholders and to provide the TA team and wider business with accurate and timely information.
You will:
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
- Support hiring managers with recruitment process guidance (e.g. helping them to navigate the ATS).
- Support the Talent Acquisition Managers in understanding hiring needs; and with advertising vacancies internally and externally.
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms when and where required.
- Carry out initial candidate screening calls.
- Manage interview coordination (booking and rescheduling) and candidate communications, via our ATS and recruitment inbox, and liaise with Talent Acquisition Managers to escalate queries where required. Ensure all relevant documentation is sent, requested and received.
- Maintain accurate data capture via TA spreadsheets.
- Responsibility for managing the recruitment inbox, responding promptly to all internal and external enquiries.
- Manage the internal Employee Referral Scheme, ensuring communication and payments are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Support internal Recruitment communications when required.
- Participate in weekly TA meetings to provide any updates and insights.
- Assist with recruitment marketing and events (e.g. job fairs, expos).
- Support employer branding (e.g. career page updates, creating engaging job adverts).
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment legislation.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment and resourcing, preferably within Healthcare / start–up businesses.
- Agile and adaptable with experience of working in a fast-paced reactive role.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / Indeed databases.
- Experience in a target-driven environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of recruitment legislation, GDPR, data protection, and best practice principles.
- Good understanding of Recruitment ATS’s.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word / Excel).
