ProblemShared has created strong partnerships servicing several NHS, university, and insurer contracts to deliver high quality ADHD and Autism assessments as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer wrap-around care in the form of psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions all under one roof.
ProblemShared is seeking an experienced ADHD Team Lead to join the service. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one.
The correct candidate will have relevant experience of carrying out remote assessments and will have a passion for what we do.
You will:
- Reporting to, and close liaison with, the ADHD Clinical Lead & Prescribing Lead
- Supervision and Line management of up to 8 assessors/prescribers
- Managing and supporting clinicians with report writing standards
- MDTs
- 1 clinical assessment session per week or a small prescribing case load
- Ensuring reports are QC’d efficiently and in a timely fashion
- Clinical inductions of new starters (fortnightly)
- Interviewing new candidates
- Personal Development/ training/ meetings
- Line management responsibilities
- Coordinating team meetings and agendas
- Safeguarding point of contact
- Responsible for ensuring clinical values / consistency across ADHD service
- Ad Hoc queries and support
- Must hold Enhanced DBS
- A Right to Work in the UK
- A UK address from which to work
What we are looking for:
Essential Requirements
• Current NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions on practice.
• Registered nurse or allied health professional with experience of assessing and autonomously diagnosing ADHD.
• Relevant knowledge and experience of ADHD treatments.
• Right to work in the UK and a UK home address.
• Relevant experience of carrying out remote assessments.
• Ability to work effectively to manage own caseload.
• Good knowledge of legislation, research and developments relevant to the field of ADHD
-- A redacted ADHD assessment report must be provided prior to interview.
Desirable Criteria
• Experience of working with both CYPs and Adults with ADHD.
• Knowledge of relevant screening tools (e.g. DIVA/ADHDRS/Conners).
• Independent Non-Medical Prescribing (V300) qualification.
