Transformation Manager (Operations)
Please note although we are a remote business we do require you to reside in the UK*
Salary: From £65,000 per annum
Workpattern: Monday to Friday, full time permanent (40 hrs per week)
Location: Hyrbid - 1 day a week in London office however there may be the need to be flexible at times

Problemshared has created strong partnerships servicing several NHS, university, and insurer contracts to deliver high quality ADHD and Autism assessments as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer wrap-around care in the form of psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions all under one roof.
The role
The Transformation Manager drives strategic and operational initiatives across the business to deliver scalable, patient-focused services. This person will partner with Product, Clinical, Operations and Technology teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery against OKRs and strategic goals.

In this role you will
- Support the delivery of strategic projects – working across the delivery lifecycle as needed, from strategy through to implementation
- Develop, execute and maintain high-level strategic project plans to provide status updates for the senior leadership team on key business initiatives; partnering with key stakeholders to define and document the scope and target outcomes
- Identify risks and issues associated with strategic projects and operations, suggesting appropriate mitigants and escalations where needed.
- Design and facilitate workshops and working groups to elicit feedback from stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and optimisation of processes.
- Work independently and with business leads to design recommended solutions (either operationally or technically) to any requirements identified.
Keys to success
- Program & Change Management - Ability to structure and lead cross-functional projects with clear milestones and stakeholder management
- Operational Mindset - Understands day-to-day operational processes and knows how to streamline or scale them
- Healthcare Sector Knowledge (desirable but not essential) - Understands the complexities of clinical delivery, regulation, and patient pathways
- Data-Driven Decision Making Comfort with OKRs, KPIs, and using data to drive action
- Tech-Enabled Services Experience - Experience working with Product and Tech teams to align service delivery with product development
- Stakeholder Management -Proven track record of working with diverse teams (clinical, tech, ops, external partners)
- Hands-On Delivery -Willingness to get into the weeds to make sure things actually happen—not just strategy but execution
- Communication & Influence - Able to translate complex plans into simple, actionable roadmaps for different audiences
