You will also deliver large-scale psychoeducation webinars to adult and parent /care audiences on Zoom, and support our growing webinar-based psychoeducation offer. You would deliver 2-3 group or webinar sessions per day, each lasting 90-minutes.

- Contribute to the ongoing development of psychoeducation resources, PowerPoints, and materials, in line with clinical guidance, evidence-based practice, and lived experience insights.
- Deliver or co-deliver corporate training sessions on neurodiversity and inclusive practice, supporting workplace understanding and adjustments for neurodivergent employees.
- Collaborate with the clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
- Participate in service development projects, including improving outcome monitoring and integrating feedback into practice.
- Work with safeguarding and clinical risk procedures in line with professional standards.
- Engage in regular clinical meetings, supervision, and CPD activities to support ongoing development and service quality.

- Experience delivering webinars or training to large virtual audiences (50+ attendees).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and general computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
- Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
