We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional who has proven management experience and who will be directly responsible for leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team of qualified clinicians

Requirements:
ProblemShared takes a person-centered approach to neurodevelopmental assessments and is building a team of experts who believe in providing assessments which focus on both strengths and challenges.
ProblemShared services a number of NHS contracts, universities and insurers to deliver high quality ADHD and autism assessments as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer wrap around care in the form of Psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation and therapy sessions all under one roof.
As a company, we ensure that personal and professional practice is in line with our values of being collaborative and human centric.
The right candidate will already be working in the sector, will have been a practicing core professional (HCPC, NMC, BPS registered) for at least 5 years and will be both self-starting and compassionate. You will need to combine excellent leadership skills with concise and compassionate communication skills.
What the job involves:
To undertake one assessment per week and be part of a duty rota each week to cover assessments in the event of sickness
To be first point of call for escalation
To supervise and manage your team of assessors
To maintain quality record keeping according to ProblemShared policies and procedures.
To maintain processes and policies for clinical governance and quality control
To be a point of contact for safeguarding and clinical risk queries and ensuring risk protocols are consistently adhered to
To practice within the relevant legal and ethical frameworks to ensure that clients’ interests and well-being are met
To be part of an MDT rota for complex cases
To be responsible and to quality check reports, ensuring that high standards are always maintained
To provide clinical inductions to new starters
To interview job applicants for the assessor role, liaising closely with the ProblemShared engagement officer
To provide direction, service guidance and support to professionals within the service
To facilitate CPD events, such as report writing workshops and other training events
To participate in project and pathway development, such as, post diagnostic intervention groups, therapy pathway, and facilitating quality improvement across the service
To line managing eight full time equivalent clinicians involving:
Setting and monitoring professional and personal development goals
Provision of performance management and quality assurance
Ensuring clinicians always adhere to policies and procedures in order to maintain safe working practices
To complete probation reviews and annual appraisal in line with ProblemShared documentation and policy
Return to work interviews following sickness
To provide clinical supervision that facilitates reflective practice
To commit to driving forward the values, principles and ethos of a start-up business
Enhanced DBS
Key responsibilities:
5 years plus experience as a core professional with a relevant qualification (RMN/RNLD; Psychologist; OT;Social Worker,CBT Therapist)
Proven line management experience
Supervision training
Employment experience of working with people with neurodevelopmental differences (Autism and ADHD) as well as experience in mental health
ADOS and ADIr trained to deliver diagnostic assessments
Genuine and proven interest in advocating for neurodivergent individuals
A true team player
Excellent computer skills, and an ability to write clear and concise reports which focus on the client’s strengths and challenges
A clear, professional, warm, and informative communication style
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and comfortable with remote working, blending independent workload and time management with working with colleagues based in different locations.
Capacity to manage fast paced change
Understanding the needs of a new service that scales at a quick pace
